1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using maxdrop.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use maxdrop. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this condition.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
4. Loot Boxes and Purchases
Maxdrop sells loot boxes containing real physical items. Each spin is final and non-refundable.
- The probability of winning each item is displayed on the loot box page before purchase.
- Account balance top-ups are non-refundable once credited to your account.
- All transactions are in Euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; in such cases, we will contact you before processing the order.
5. Shipping
- Items won through loot boxes are stored in your inventory until you request shipment.
- Shipping is processed manually; estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.
- A shipping cost is charged per shipment. The estimate shown at the time of the request may differ from the actual cost; the actual cost is confirmed by our team and communicated to you before dispatch.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for items lost due to an incorrect address.
- Some items or destinations may be unavailable for shipping; we will notify you if this affects your order.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to manipulate spin outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the Service.
- Resell or transfer account balances or items in violation of our policies.
- Provide false identity or payment information.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on maxdrop.io — including logos, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to Maxdrop. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Unused account balance at the time of account closure is non-refundable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
